Many expecting mamas are faced with delivering their baby in the hospital with little to no education on expectations.

What I have developed are custom sessions to optimize the labor outcome. Whether this is your first baby or recurring pregnancy, I am here to prepare you for labor and birth. Education provided is tailored to each expecting mama.

After each session you will get a detailed customized summary plan addressing specifics to your pregnancy, concerns, comfort tips, and preparation for delivery and postpartum.

What makes these sessions unique is that the needs focus on YOU and YOUR BABY. The customized summary and plan allows you to navigate through pregnancy and delivery with information provided to help prevent unwanted and unplanned interventions.

I am a lover of coffee and cute boutique shops. I enjoy DIY projects, traveling whenever the opportunity arises, and also spending time with my family and friends. I have a daughter and a sweet Goldendoodle named Koda!

My background is in Family Studies and Human Development and Nursing. My early career started in social services, and my nursing career began in pediatrics in 2016. For 5 years I worked with pediatrics and over the past 6 years my focus has solely been on perinatal, obstetrics, and all things mamas and babies! I have worked with many families all over the nation. Educating this population to optimize labor outcomes is my passion!

1on1 Session

This 1 hour meeting together consist of a tailored educational session specific to your pregnancy. These are recommended once per trimester. Can also be purchased a la carte

This 45minute session is for any last minute mama who would like a brief meeting about labor basics. Offered during all trimesters.

About Sessions.

Whether in person or virtually, I will start by asking a few questions to get to know more about you, your pregnancy, and overall health and history. During our meeting I get to know your goals, fears, and concerns and tailor our session according to your priorities. A plan will then be developed for helpful interventions to practice prior to delivery along with a detailed, customized summary related to our specific topics.
